MONTHLY REPORTING AND NOI DISTRIBUTION:
A check will be issued along with a detailed Owner’s Statement each month/quarter outlining the income and expenses for your property. Direct deposit of monthly proceeds to your U.S. bank account is also available.
We utilize the international standard in Property Management and possess the ability to produce specialized reports to better manage your property and return.
TRUST AND ESCROW ACCOUNT:
All funds are held in trust accounts in accordance with applicable Florida Statutes.
We are diligent with our collections – our “tough, but fair” approach brings solid results.
We use vendors that are licensed and insured, and in some instances, bonded. We inspect the work to ensure the work performed has been done correctly and that the unit is “rent ready”.
We inspect properties on a regular basis; to assess general upkeep.
